Turtle Blanket

My cousin, Carly, asked me a couple of weeks ago if I could make a baby blanket for her to give to her friend who is expecting a baby boy. She wanted blue, green and brown with turtles and his name embroidered on it. After looking for some turtle fabric and not finding any I wasn't sure what to do. Then I found this adorable brown, blue and green circle print and thought it would be perfect. Add some blue fleece, to make it cozy, a turtle applique and a little embroidery and it was perfect!
