Yay! It's May Giveaway Day! I've decided to giveaway my new cute little chicken creations!
I apologize for the yellowness of the picture. It was taken inside at night, I didn't want to miss the post deadline in the morning so I decided to get it done now (the night before.) I'll get a better picture tomorrow morning. Here's a picture with natural light.
My chicken creations were inspired by a little doodle I had drawn. I loved the drawing and really wanted to translate it in a crafty way.
How do you find inspiration for your craft/sewing projects? Leave a comment telling me about your crafty inspiration (or just your thoughts) and you could win my chicken creations! Yes, I will ship internationally! Deadline is May 31st and I'll choose a winner by random on June 1st.
Giveaway is closed! Thank you all for your comments, I really enjoyed participating in this giveaway! The winner will be posted tomorrow (June 1st.)
Which came first? The chicken or the egg? Ha!
ReplyDeleteI get inspiration for the internet. I am missing that crafty gene.
I get my ideas from the material I am using. Tulle, ribbon, prints on fabric, they all help, and ETSY. I see something there and try to re-create it but with a different flare. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI find inspiration in so many different places. I love to look at magazines, craft books, blogs, etc to see if there's a pattern I could make myself. I also take inspiration from family and things that have been created in the past.
ReplyDeleteI love that chicken.. I think the best softies are ones that are unique animals. enough with the bears and bunnies, I say. I get a lot (maybe too much) inspriration from other people's free tutoials. I love them!
